    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Com. Sub. for House Bill No. 3021--A Bill to amend and reenact §17C-7-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §17C-11-5 of said code, all relating to operating a bicycle on a roadway; duties of a driver of a vehicle overtaking a bicycle; and removing requirement that bicycles use path adjacent to a roadway.
